Ibiza is an island full of life’s pleasures, it is a place that never stops giving and always manages to take you by surprise when you least expect it!

It is best known for being a party paradise, however there is many layers to the island and people who may not know the place so well might not realise this, but there is amazing culture, cuisine, markets, sunsets, beaches as well as an ever- growing spiritual and wellbeing scene.

Yoga at Amante and Aiyanna Beach

If early morning Yoga is your thing then Amante and Aiyanna beach club could be the perfect option.

This amazing beach club is situated on a steep cliff overlooking the stunning Sol d’en Serra Bay. With its natural green surroundings and picturesque seaviews it makes the ideal early morning yoga setting.

Classes are held in Spanish and English and come with a healthy breakfast so it really is the best start to your day. All participants need to book in advance and the cost is 30 Euro.

Cotton Fitness Club

If you would prefer to make a day of it then Cotton fitness club could be the perfect place to do so. This gym is like checking into a five star hotel, situated in San Antonio on the beachfront surrounded by the mediterranean sea, the views are enough to inspire anyone.

Not only do you have access to the onsite gym, trainers, nutritionist and massage therapists but there are also number of outdoor classes to take part in including, paddle boarding, hiking, cliff jumping and more. Plus a cafe full of healthy juices and dishes.

There are a number of different memberships available but if you are a holidaymaker and just want to spend the day there,  you can get a day pass for just 25 euro!

If you are looking to fully unwind and forget the 9-5 rat race back home, then the island has a number of meditation classes that can help you come back into the present moment.

Lagaleria Efante Studio is a tranquil studio tucked away within their shop which is adorned with beautiful handmade homeware and fashion products, plus they have a full timetable offering a variety of sessions including classes for children and pregnant women. So perfect if you are a busy mum where time is always of the essence.
